At Agenda, Helin focuses primarily on advising clients in the energy, industrial, infrastructure and transport sectors. She specialises in strategy and messaging, crisis communications and government relations, and serves as a valued sparring partner for clients both in setting priorities and navigating complex situations.
Helin has been working in communications since 2001. She spent six years at the Police and Border Guard Board's communications department, where she led the communications unit of the Northern Prefecture, among other responsibilities. From 2013 to 2017, she worked at the Government Office in the Government Communications Bureau, serving as its head during the final year. Helin holds degrees in sociology and history from the Estonian Institute of Humanities (now Tallinn University) and from the Estonian School of Diplomacy.
