Helin has been working in communication management since 2001. Within this period, she spent six years working in the communication department of the Police and Border Guard Board, heading the communication unit of the North Prefecture. In 2013—2017, Helin worked in the Government Communication Unit, heading it for the last two years of her service.
Helin’s area of responsibility comprises counselling Agenda’s corporate communication and government relations clients as well as devising communication strategies.
