Janika's career in communications began in 2004 at Postimees. She then spent six years at Kontuur Leo Burnett, an advertising agency within Creative Union, where she worked as a project manager, strategist, and board member. After that, she led the marketing and communications department at Estravel, the largest travel agency in the Baltics. During her master's studies at Tallinn University of Technology (TTÜ), she focused on social media research.
At Agenda, Janika oversees the overall management of the company. She advises clients on developing and implementing communication strategies and conducts communication and media training sessions.
