Janika’s experience in the sphere of marketing and communication stretches back to 2004, when she started working for Postimees newspaper. In 2006-2012 Janika worked as a project manager and strategy expert at Creative Union's group advertising agency Kontuur Leo Burnett. After that, she became head of marketing and communication in Estravel, the largest travel agency in the Baltic States. Her master studies in Tallinn Technical University focused on social media research, while the relevant hands-on experience was provided by her partnership in the digital marketing company SocialStudio.
In Agenda, Janika’s areas of responsibility include communication strategy, marketing communication, media relations and digital communication.
