Janika Ritson

Managing Partner

Janika is responsible for the strategic consulting of clients and the overall management of the agency. She advises organisations in the financial, real estate, retail, manufacturing and environmental sectors. She has led communications for major projects in the AI, tourism, investment and cultural sectors both in Estonia and abroad. Janika's strengths lie in developing and implementing communications strategies, media relations, government relations, crisis communications and integrated marketing communications campaigns. At Agenda Academy, she delivers training programmes in communications, public speaking, media and social media.

Janika began her career in communications in 2004 at Postimees. She went on to serve as project manager, strategist and board member at the Creative Union advertising agency Kontuur Leo Burnett, and led the marketing and communications department at Estravel, the largest travel agency in the Baltic states. Janika holds a master's degree in management and marketing from TalTech and a bachelor's degree in public administration. She has conducted research into nation branding and social media communications, and has furthered her education in interior architecture at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
