Rasmus is responsible for the strategic communications of Agenda's corporate, public sector and defence industry clients, and serves as the agency's point of contact for media relations and media training. His strengths lie in strategic and crisis communications as well as media training. He prepares organisations to operate in challenging situations and under conditions of public pressure. He is also highly capable in crafting clear messaging and advising spokespersons.
Rasmus has been active in the field of communications since 1995, having begun his career as a journalist at Eesti Päevaleht. Until 2016, he worked across various media outlets, including Estonian Public Broadcasting, where he served as the presenter of the ETV programme "Pealtnägija", as an editor on "Terevisiooni", and as the host of the Kuku Radio programme "Ärataja". From 2016 to 2017, he worked at the Government Communication Office as a media adviser to the Prime Minister. Rasmus holds a degree in History from the University of Tartu.
