Time of occurrence: midday of a working day 

Advance notice: with longer advance notice 

Format: television interview 7-8 minutes 

Topic: current news or upcoming event

The objective is to get answers to the following questions:

• Is the speaker sufficiently alert, awake, clear, attentive?
  
• How do spokespersons handle the pressure of live broadcasting and authentic environment?
• What is the formula for giving a good interview?
• How to get the maximum out of a 7-minute interview?
• How does the spokesperson prepare: collaboration with the team, talking points, Q&A?
• Does the spokesperson seek an opportunity to set the focus with the journalist in the TV studio before the interview?

How does the training work?

This is a so-called shorter follow-up training to classical media training, which can be arranged with longer advance planning. The topics for which interviews will be given are also agreed upon in advance. The training begins in the studio with a joint approximately 1-hour reminder of how to give the best interview. Subsequently, interviews are conducted one by one, followed by joint analysis.

Training duration: depending on the group, total 2-3 hours.
